Bilal Hussain QUESTION 5
The style of our films title credits was one we thought had to be appealing and also conform to out genre. from research and information gathered from some of our audience, we found that they didn't really pay attention to any of the titles unless they were a bright colour, but we also wanted the audience to pay attention to the action that was going on behind the tittles.
we were representing very different characters that had a topic of attraction that turned out to be the main character, so we had to construct the frame and the scene with typical items and the mise en scene with is surrounded by the genre and wider media stereotypes which meant having to maybe adjust things add in props such as girly backgrounds and linen or male controllers, to make the character fit in with the genre and the scene
Along with the locations, the costumes for our characters also had to fit the genre and the stereotypes in media we had one with a batman jumper and another with a superman jumper. i was constructed like this to ensure the audience understood what character belonged to what social group and class.
Pre production, with things like added sound had to be up beat and "funky" because the genre and the actin had to match but also the time that was given to characters, it had to be evident of which characters belonged to which class, but also with in the schools atmosphere, on who was popular and who wasn't.
after interviewing our audience, we found that our ways of attracting the target audience was successful, a lot of them had heard about the movie on line and on out different social media platforms. The distributors decided when the movie was going to be released and where, cinemas would attract out primary target audience of teen agers and friends, but the DVD and BLU RAY release would attract our secondary target audience of parents and relatives of the teens. However, because we weren't able to interview everybody that watched our film, we wont accurately know how the audience interacted with our product online.
