9. Extension Activity


There are many individual or even groups of people who make title sequences. 
One person in particular is Saul Bass, known for his attention-grabbing designs at the opening of movies. 
Saul's designs has changed throughout the time he had been working as a graphic designer. One movie he has contributed to, by designing the title sequence was 'Anatomy of a Murder (1959)'.
Saul has previously worked with some of Hollywoods top-selling film makers. This had automatically put Bass at a higher position. 
The design for Anatomy of a Murder is made up of uneven sized fonts that are all uppercase. This made the title sequence fun. Also, the background colours were plain but vibrant.
